All Rage security officers hold valid and appropriate Security Industry Authority licences and are recruited in line with the BS7858:2019 vetting standards. Dog Handlers

A man’s best friend but also one of the best early warning systems one could ask for. Rage Dog Handlers are available to support your projects in a wide variety of suitable assignments. Dogs are a great deterrent and are fiercely loyal to the task. Our animals are considered the same as our employees and will therefore always be subject to risk assessments, however, Dog Handlers tend to be one of the more popular options. This is because most people from all walks of life and backgrounds trust dogs significantly more than humans. At Rage, we completely understand why!

All handlers are subject to the same recruitment, licencing and vetting procedures as described in Manned Guarding, however, undergo further checks to ensure Rage supply professionals on every job without fail – BS8517(parts 1 & 2):2016 sets out the guidelines Rage uses to monitor and assess our handler’s suitability to deploy.

Mobile Patrols

Prevention is better than cure. Where there is intelligence to suggest an area of risk, why not engage one of our mobile patrols to drop by at random times over a defined period? A highly visible and overt attendance can deter any opportunist or planned intrusions. Maybe our initial security assessment has highlighted a weak spot which requires a slightly elevated security presence as opposed to a more comprehensive package? Mobile patrols can be a cost-effective way to increase your security and disrupt any breach.

Waking Watch

Rage works closely with Fire Safety Consultants and Fire and Rescue Services throughout the United Kingdom to deliver a Waking Watch warden service that puts safety first. If you have building control issues which require a change in policy from ‘Stay Put’ to Simultaneous Evacuation’ you may have been advised to deploy a team of appropriately trained wardens. Over the last 5 years, the team at Rage have developed a tried and tested system which is compliant with the current National Fire Chiefs Council NFCC guidance.

We have developed a three-phase approach to our delivery and training. Firstly, appropriate patrolling, identifying hazards and raising the alarm. Secondly, a well-rehearsed and tested evacuation procedure like that used by emergency services. Finally, communications with external agencies and handover.
