Direct Labour Operative

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and minor installation works across commercial and residential sites.

• Complete planned and reactive jobs in line with daily schedules and service level agreements.

• Ensure all works are delivered safely, following RAGE LTD’s Health & Safety and RAMS procedures.

• Liaise with supervisors, schedulers, and clients to ensure effective communication and job completion.

• Maintain a clean and professional approach on all sites, upholding RAGE LTD’s reputation for quality and reliability.

• Accurately record materials, job notes, and photographic evidence through the company’s reporting system.

• Support other operatives or subcontractors when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in property maintenance or construction-based work.

• Strong practical skills in one or more trades (e.g. carpentry, decorating, plumbing, groundwork, fencing, etc).

• Good understanding of site safety and compliance.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Full UK driving licence (required).

• CSCS card or equivalent (advantageous but not essential).
